Hardcore. 70 year old grandma arrested over a lawn... What I don't like how the officers assaulted the lady and it's a shame. The neighbors should more ashamed for turning her in because she didn't water her lawn because instead, they should help out by watering it for her. It's her property and it's her right not to water her lawn.

The law is ridiculous too. Stupid lawmakers.
